2. Evidence - give a reason (fact!)
Mastery Challenge: Example: give an example to show how your claim is beneficial.
3. Explain - WHY does your reason matter? Why should we agree / Support your argument?
Repeat #2 and #3 with more evidence (another reason)
Students should be allowed to run in the halls because we would get to class faster and it's a form of exercise. For example, it takes only two minutes to run across campus whereas it takes four minutes to walk. That's a huge difference when you only have a five minute passing period. Getting to class on time is important. Also, exercising is beneficial for our growing bodies. Therefore, we should be able to run in the halls at AMS.
