3. SSR or Creative writing - continue a previous story OR write a story about SNOW adventures.


Conference prep directions:
- Bring your graded work folder 
- Bring your proficiency report 
- Bring everything else
1. Circle Ns on your proficiency report
2. Find assignment in PowerSchool in which you received N.
3. Use this information to fill out Language Arts Spring Conference  packet  - first section
4. Choose assignment samples from your graded work folder for section 2 and 3. Staple labels to them.
5. Choose Creative Writing samples from your notebook. Staple labels to them.
6. Use your proficiency report to fill out the personal management section of your conference packet.

Put everything back in your graded work folder in order:
Language Arts Spring Conference packet
Proficiency Report
Assignment #1
Assignment #2

Creative Writing: 

Write the story of an Olympian athlete competing at the Olympics for the first time!
OR
Explain what your favorite Olympian sport is, why, and convince your reader that it is, indeed the best one (use your argumentative writing skills!!).
